AquaBond's Concrete Crack Repair Staples:
AquaStitch Concrete Pool Crack Repair Staples Our revolutionary concrete crack repair staples kit is designed to permanently stabilize and repair structural cracks in concrete, gunite and shotcrete swimming pools and pool decks. Not just simple staples, AquaStitch mechanical stitches give cracked pool concrete a long-lasting repair that’s both mechanically AND structurally sound!
AquaBond Foam Crack Injection Kit:
Polyurethane Foam Crack Injection Kit for Leaking Concrete Swimming Pools permanently repairs leaking cracks and joints in concrete, gunite and shotcrete pools and spas. The white polyurethane foam in this low-pressure injection kit expands to 25 times its original volume and seeps into every crack and fissure – plugging the entire thickness of the concrete. Capable of withstanding thermal cycles and crack movement, it's not subject to shrinkage.
AquaBond Concrete Repair Epoxies:
Self-Leveling Concrete Repair Epoxy Dispenses as a thin liquid and easily self-levels, providing a flat, clean crack repair on horizontal surfaces such as pool decks, driveways and walkways.
Non-Sag Concrete Repair Epoxy Our versatile non-sagging formula doesn’t run. It stays where you put it, making it ideal for doing repairs on vertical surfaces. Use it, for example, to fill vertical cracks on water features or foundations, or even to attach objects to concrete walls.
AquaBond Anchoring Epoxy:
Anchoring Epoxy Anchor threaded rod, bolts and rebar dowels into concrete with our non-sag, super-strong anchoring epoxy.
The Concrete Challenge
Although it’s considered a durable material, concrete has a finite service life. After continual exposure to harsh environments, moisture, extreme temperatures, de-icing salts and other chemicals, it tends to experience significant deterioration.
In settings where concrete is in high traffic areas or where there are large expanses of it, it’s not unusual for contraction and expansion to occur — causing it to crack. If repairs aren’t made early on, aesthetics and safety will be further compromised.
All AquaBond concrete repair products are of superior professional quality, and all of them have proven to be highly effective in withstanding the toughest conditions.
