We Ship Via UPS....
Our standard method of shipment is UPS Ground. During checkout, you will see the alternative cost for shipping UPS overnight, UPS 2 day or UPS 3 day. If you need something urgently, please select one of these expedited options. Please note: Saturday delivery is not available in some areas.
IMPORTANT: UPS only accepts shipments to street addresses. It does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Where Do We Ship?
AquaBond ships to street addresses within the continental U.S. and Hawaii only. We currently do not ship to Alaska or Puerto Rico.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you would like to ship to a freight forwarding company within the USA and have questions, please call customer service at 714-961-1420 Ext 3.
Most Orders Ship Same Day
Most orders that are received Monday through Friday before 4pm Eastern time are shipped from our New Hampshire warehouse on the same day they are received.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by phone at 714-961-1420 Ext 3. If we are able to stop the order prior to shipping and prior to charging your credit card, you will not incur any charges. However, if your order has already shipped you will need to return it when you receive it and we will issue you a refund.
When Will I Receive My Order?
You will receive an email notification when we ship your order. It will include your UPS tracking number and a link for tracking. This will allow you to click on the link and track the progress of your shipment. If have any questions about or problems with a scheduled delivery, please contact Customer Service at 714-961-1420 Ext 3.
For UPS Ground shipments the following map shows the average transit time (in business days) once your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that this map only reflects the average time for UPS delivery, and some shipments may require more or less time in transit.
Return Policy For Internet Sales
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 714-961-1420 Ext 3 to ask for a Return Authorization Number (RMA #). You must request the RMA # within 14 days of receipt of your item(s). Please provide the sales order number included on your packing slip and/or other information so that we can easily locate your order record. Be sure to specify which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return.
After you have called to obtain an RMA # (see above), you will receive an email with a copy of the RMA, return instructions and a return address. Please package the item(s) in the original packaging, with instructions and accessories and adequate packing materials. Enclose a copy of the RMA in the box. For your protection, please use a reliable carrier that provides tracking numbers. AquaBond is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Upon receipt, we will process your return and, provided the return meets the above conditions, we will issue your refund. Please allow 10 business days for AquaBond to process refunds.
Please note: We will not issue a refund for used materials.
AquaBond warrants that each product sold is free from defects in material at the time of shipment and conforms to the applicable specifications for that product. Any product that is found, within the warranty period of 30 days after the product is received, not to meet these standards after examination by AquaBond, will be replaced without charge. The warranties contained herein are made expressly in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied.
